EXAMPLE: Making People Smile through Positive Messages and Cookies at Siloam

Students from Miles Macdonell Collegiate took action by brightening the day of visitors to Siloam Mission, a local organization which supports people affected by homelessness.

The students distributed over 400 cookies with positive messages attached at Siloam’s lunch service!

The students reported that their cookies were well-received and they felt good about helping people in a unique way.
